I/we have learnt that Antevorta Developers Private Limited ("Company") an affiliate of 'House of Hiranandani', is beginning the process of sale of units/apartments in the project known as "Glen Ridge" has received the registration number as below: RERA registration number: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/200914/003603

I/we hereby submit our non-binding ‘Expression of Interest' to buy the above mentioned unit/apartment/s in the upcoming project "Glen Ridge" in 'House of Hiranandani Hebbal development scheme by Antevorta Developers Private Limited (“Company”).

I/we, are aware of the fact that the selling price of the units/apartment’s mentioned in the 'Expression of Interest’ form is indicative only and is subject to change.

For the ‘Expression of Interest' to be valid following condition needs to be adhered to: A duly filled print copy of the 'Expression of interest' along with a cheque in favor of "Antevorta Developers Pvt. Ltd - Glenridge - Collection A/c. of Rs.1,00,000+GST.needs to be couriered or hand delivered to the below given address on or before the 7th Nov 2020 Address: House of Hiranandani 757/B, 100 feet road, HAL 2nd Stage, lndiranagar, Bangalore – 560038.

The final process of allotment of unit/apartment will be at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this "Expression of Interest" at any time in its sole discretion. This includes the right to cancel this "Expression of Interest" at any time for any reason whatsoever without entering into a contract.
I agree that

a. in the event of cancellation of booking / withdrawal of EOI by me before allotment of the unit/ apartment, OR

b. In the event of non-allocation of the unit/apartment as per my/our preference in the given price range, I would be entitled for refund of the monies paid along with the EOI without any interest and subject to deduction of applicable taxes. I understand that the refund shall be initiated after expiry of 30 days from 7th November 2020

I/we further confirm that the 'Expression of Interest' has been signed by me/us voluntarily and after understanding all aspects related to the same, including the terms and conditions.

I/we hereby confirm that I/we have read understood and hereby accept the Terms & Conditions of this 'Expression of Interest' and agree to fully abide by the same.

I/we confirm that the information pertaining to the Company obtained as a result of participation in this 'Expression of Interest' is confidential and shall not be disclosed without the written consent of the Company.

All additional charges/fees payable at actuals shall be as per the Agreement for Sale duly executed between the parties. Nothing contained in this 'Expression of Interest' shall constitute an offer, contract, advertisement or booking as understood and defined under the 'Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016' and relevant state rules there under.

The Project Glen Ridge is having approval upto 7 Floors and the Developer is in process of obtaining approval upto 18 floors as per applicable law.
