What is the Loyalty Benefit Programme by House of Hiranandani?

House of Hiranandani’s Loyalty Benefit Programme is an initiative to reward loyal patrons for their continued support and trust. The programme entitles the buyers (who satisfy the necessary criteria) to a range of exclusive benefits and advantages on the basis of referrals, purchases and more.

What is the House of Hiranandani Rewards Programme?

The Rewards programme is a specialized initiative that entitles members to receive rewards on  achievement of certain prescribed milestones, over and above their loyalty benefits. It includes gifts, vouchers, discounts and more.

Are there levels in the programme, or is everyone entitled to the same benefits?

There are three levels in the programme, based on the member’s eligibility as per purchases & referrals. They are – Classic, Privilege & Imperial; in ascending order of hierarchy. The benefits and advantages enjoyed by the members are upgraded as ascend from Classic to Privilege to Imperial.

What are the benefits enjoyed by a Loyalty Benefit Programme member?

The programme members are entitled to certain discounts (on per square foot rates) for purchases made in their name. They also receive incentives on all successful referrals. Besides these, they enjoy distinctive privileges for being a part of the House of Hiranandani family. They automatically feature on the pre-launch privilege list, wherein they get exclusive previews at upcoming projects, pre-launch early booker offers, etc.

Who stands eligible for the programme?

For each level of the programme, the eligibility criteria is different. However, a potential member must earn a minimum of three points to classify for Classic Membership.

When does one stand eligible for the reward / benefit / offer?

A member is entitled to the reward / benefit / offer on the completion of all prescribed requirements. Prescribed conditions and other necessities are mentioned in the terms & conditions section.

What is the validity period of the programme?

The programme’s validity will continue unless the management chooses to terminate the same. It    also reserves the right to terminate any particular membership at its own discretion.

How can one upgrade their membership level?

Any member of Classic or Privilege levels may be entitled to an upgrade if they succeed in meeting the prescribed conditions as given in the terms and conditions section.

Does one need to renew their membership periodically?

No renewal is required once a member is registered under the programme.
