Terms & Conditions

  • The company holds the sole responsibility to amend/terminate the programme with a month’s intimation
  • Referral incentive amount would be released on two conditions:
    • - 20% payment received by the referring member for his/her own unit
    • - 30% payment received from the referred customer against his/her unit
  • Entertainment programme/schemes will be offered to customers on first-cum-first-serve basis
  • Membership is solely at the discretion of the Management
  • The Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application for Membership
  • Benefits cannot be transferred/sold to any other individual
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together
  • Channel partners and employees of House of Hiranandani are not eligible to participate in the loyalty programme
  • The member must present their loyalty card at the respective transactional locations in order to avail of rewards/benefits
  • In case the loyalty programme member cancels his/her unit, the incentive already claimed for a referred customer will be deducted from the refund. The member must continue to be a House of Hiranandani customer in order to avail benefits of the programme
  • In case, a customer referred by the loyalty member opts for cancellation where the loyalty member has already earned the incentive, the member is liable to refund the incentive amount to House of Hiranandani
  • Prescribed requirements include:
    • - The customer being referred must not be/have been in touch with the House of Hiranandani sales team directly prior to the referral
    • - The HOH club member should intimate the HOH team through an e-mail about the referral being made, by registering the customer being referred in his/her name. E-mail sent post booking will not be accepted as a referral booking
  • Purchase of residential units made after January 1st, 2010, at Hiranandani Gardens (Powai), Hiranandani Estate (Thane) and Hiranandani Meadows (Thane) will also earn reward points in the loyalty programme
  • Exclusive membership advantages, rewards, discounts and benefits will be applicable only on House of Hiranandani properties
